Shipping policy

• All orders ship out SAME DAY or within the next 2 business days. 
• We do not accept P.O. Boxes as an address.
• We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. That responsibility is on the shipping carrier and the customer. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact the carrier specified in tracking notification that will be sent out at the time of shipping.
• Once the package is shipped out, tracking numbers will be sent out via email. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day it is supposed to be delivered.
• If your order is returned to our facility by the carrier due to any circumstances, you are financially responsible for any extra shipping costs correlated with your order.  
• We cannot guarantee that all items are in stock and may ship without notification.

• Shipping costs are all based on the weight and size of the package along with the distance from our Stroudsburg Pennsylvania Facility to your preferred shipping destination.
