Free size exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you a free return label and ship your new size as soon as the original arrives back to us. Items must be unworn, with tags attached.

30-day returns
You can request a return for a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Refunds go back to your original payment method, minus the cost of the return label.

How to start an exchange or return
Email getfly@righteousrulellc.com with your order number. Once your request is accepted, we'll send a label and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us right away. We'll cover the cost and make it right.

Final sale
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

European Union
Orders shipped to the EU may be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason, in the same condition described above.
