How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free in the US. Express is $15. International rates are calculated at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship the same business day or within 2 business days from Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
Where do you ship?
Across the US, and to select countries including Canada, the UK, much of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore. Available countries are listed at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No. Please use a street address.
Exchanges & Returns
What if it doesn't fit?
Size exchanges are free. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a free return label, then ship your new size as soon as the original arrives back. Items must be unworn, with tags attached.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging. The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. Sale items and gift cards are final. See our refund policy for full details.
How do I start an exchange or return?

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us right away. We'll cover the cost and make it right.
Fit & Sizing
How do the varsity jackets fit?
Slightly fitted. Take your normal size to wear one over a T-shirt, and size up if you'll layer a hoodie underneath. Each product page lists the model's height, weight and size.
How do the sets and sweats fit?
Relaxed and oversized. If you prefer a closer fit, size down. Size charts are in the product images.
Products
Are the jacket sleeves real leather?
Yes. Our varsity jackets have genuine leather sleeves and a wool-blend shell with a quilted lining.
How do I care for my varsity jacket?
Spot clean only, and take it to a professional leather cleaner when needed. Do not machine wash.
Do you offer custom designs?
Not at this time.
